Hi, my name is Tania, currently I am working as a gym instructor and yoga teacher. I have been studying Hatha Yoga for 11 years. Many of those years, I was fortunate enough to have studied under the guidance of a Buddhist monk. He became an amazing teacher, mentor, and friend to myself and my family. This yoga practice enabled me to experience the physical and spiritual journey that is Yoga. I continue on my journey, by also being a gym instructor. Training people in gyms has enabled me to understand the human body and its amazing power. In my yoga classes, and in my own life, I try to emphasise the connection between body, mind and spirit. My dream is to continue to pass on what I have learned on my yoga journey to many others.

As a Teacher of Yoga & Meditation, Tanya guides you through a graceful blend of flowing postures enabling you to reach inwardly towards a fuller breath and deeper connection with your heart center. In Tanya's classes you experience moving with the breath into every heartfelt pose, reconnecting in the moment to reveal the peace present within.

By slowing down and feeling through the heart centre we are able to re-connect with inner strength and calmness, intuition and creative flow. Her classes enable you to feel inner stamina and grace without force, feeling the joyful happiness that surrounds you, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

 

 

Steven Silk

Steven has been, and is a dedicated student to the Yoga culture and its practice.

He began his commitment to Yoga in 2001 and to this day, has maintained a consistent and balanced flow of guided study, classes and development, within a modern yogic lifestyle. A large part of his development has been through a self exploration of the many aspects of yoga and its life enriching qualities.

Steven is also a Professional musician and tradesperson who has drawn upon the ancient teachings of yoga and adapted them to a modern day life.

He now continues to practice and teach, whilst undergoing Teacher Training Studies.

 

 

Katie-Rose Meehan

Katie is a qualified and accredited Satyananda Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing Yoga and meditation for over 15 years and has a passion for bringing Yoga into all aspects of daily life.

Satyananda Yoga Teachers are trained not only in asana (physical postures) but also in pranayama (breathwork), meditation, yoga nidra, yogic philosophy and yogic lifestyle.
